"We turned up and despite our change of plans the staff were very helpful in trying to work a resolution. The room was clean. However the property of very tired throughout with worn and stained carpets. The walls and wood work were chipped and damaged. This was overpriced for the state of the property. But it could be lovely with a full refurb."

"Stayed here Mon-Fri. My initial opinion of this place was very good. Staff were very friendly and appeared efficient. Check-in was easy. Rooms are very good with a ceiling fan and additional tower fan in the room which was helpful during the recent spell of hot weather. Breakfast was good. "Great value for an overnight stop over with my family. But the toilet was teeny and no use for a tall person like me! Staff friendly and beds comfy, room a bit tired and no fridge. Good overall experience."

"The lady in the bar was super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here. The only thing I would add would be a fan in the bedroom during this hot weather."
