"This was an exceptional property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner left out a packaged breakfast for us. We would definitely stay there again."

"I was in town for an Alaskan cruise with my uncle. I had booked (and paid extra for) the bigger room with the sofa bed. I received instructions for after hours check-in, which had me assigned to room #1. When I showed up at 11:45pm and attempted to enter my room, it was locked. "Brian was an excellent host from the time he picked us up and the time he dropped us off the next day. Very friendly and good natured. His wife was a wonderful cook that made a great breakfast. Place was clean and the backyard was very relaxing. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for something nicier than a hotel."
