"I highly recommend this place. First of all the location is amazing, you’re right in the heart of the center. The room was super clean, very sunny and with positive energy. The reception girl as well as the lady serving breakfast (I think Annacita) were very nice and helpful. We felt like home!"

"The structure has a ton of character and the hotel is very centrally located. However, I would expect a higher level of service from an establishment boasting a Michelin key. For example, when we vacated the rooms and had to store out luggage for a little while longer (as we still wanted to enjoy the city of Florence), they didn't have a safe deposit box for us to leave our passports and valuables at, and we had to carry them with us. This is a basic requirement from any reasonable hotel."

"Borgia di Firenze shares the building with other properties. It is central to everything, so convenient. We were serenaded every night with an opera singer practicing his craft in the square. Our favorite restaurant was literally 10-15 steps from the hotel. Small elevator; great room with modern amenities; don’t expect the typical lobby that is staffed around the clock. Did not know what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised. We’ll stay here again when we return to Florence. Hopefully...

"The location was amazing and the room was small but really cute. But We did travel during the heat dome but the ac on the entire floor broke. They didn’t have much to offer for the inconvenience. They offered a fan but it was actually taken by someone else. They had no other rooms and didn’t even offer a discount. I was disappointed by the customer service. It was very hot!!"

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes.
