Appartement bien équipé mais pas du tout fait pour des personnes à mobilités réduites. Petit bémol: il serait temps de changer la literie et de nettoyer les groupes internes de clim"

"We stayed in the “deluxe apartment” which is extremely nice. High ceilings, large rooms, and the biggest showers I’ve experienced in Europe. The location was intentionally chosen due to its proximity to train station but you will get some foot traffic and rolling luggage due to this. But it’s close to everything in Venice. Easily walkable to main attractions or towards the grand canal if you want to get a water taxi or water bus. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice apartment, venitian/moroccan style decoration with modern appliances. Walking distance to eveything. There is no elevator, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. DO NOT eat at a restaurant nearby called Rosa Rossa! The lady owner is the most rude person in Venice."
