"Nos hospedamos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses durante 3 noches, está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y segura, para llegar es muy fácil. También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. Lo único es que habían un poco de mosquitos en la habitación. De resto una estancia muy buena, sin duda regresaremos."

"The room was very nice. It is separate from the main building and almost felt like a small apartment. The staff was very helpful and I had a pleasant stay. My only critique would be, I wish they would inform you that the airport shuttle will not take you directly to the terminal but to the parking lot which made it very difficult for us because we had some very heavy luggage and there were no carts at the parking lot."

"Stairs in our room up to be a little scary at night. Beware the breakfast. We changed reservations for the last day, and learned that breakfast was NOT included. Was 29 euros...very steep. Beware: This wasnt clear! Shuttle to airport convenient but expensive. Alilaguna about a 12 minute walk and less than half the cost."

"The property was centrally located by the Rialto bridge which both good and bad. Good location but bad location as it was very crowded and busy. Evening and early morning was still loud. Pillows were hard and no coffee in the room. We had a mosquito in our room and were biten. Breakfast was included and was good. Do do not get a water taxi from the guys in from. Go to the left as you go out and ask for. Overall, nice."
