The staff were really friendly and kind, room was nice, clean and tidy and there are a few shops and places to get food less than 2 minutes walk away. The breakfast was the weakest part of the stay but overall had a nice stay at Ca Angeli

This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a nice stay. It was close to shops but quiet because it was down a quiet street. It was 5 minutes walk from the nearest vaporetto stop Saint Sylvester and 10 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge. There are lots of places close by to eat and drink and good shopping.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The location is great, although a tiny bit far from the waterbus stop if carrying luggage. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet accomodation with a good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Views from breakfast room were fabulous. Great nights sleep. We had an early flight home & we were given a good breakfast pack up. Kettle in room was great to have for hot drinks. I would stay here again.

This hotel was centrally located in San Polo neighborhood and close to the Rialto Bridge and a water taxi stop-Silverstro is close by and that makes it easy to navigate around Venice. The accommodations at the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were attentive and helpful. The free breakfast was great and fulfilling- it gives you a great start to the day to explore Venice! This guest house is a small boutique hotel…we had a floor to ourselves! The amenities were excellent! We had air conditioning…Cable TV and we daily housekeeping services! It would be great if they would offer a ‘wine down’ happy hour a few nights during the week at the hotel to mingle with the guests who are staying at the hotel! I recommend to those who want a chill experience and this hotel has a private dock for the water taxi to drop you off from the airport!

Pretty breakfast nook

We were very comfortable here. The hosts were kind, some more so than others but it was fine because we didn’t mind keeping to ourselves! The breakfast was a wonderful assortment with beautiful canal views. My fav was the orange juice press to make your own fresh OJ! A cozy little place to stay in Venice.

Amazing stay in Venice!!!

The hotel was beautiful, it’s a typical Venetian house with a view of the canal during breakfast time which you will very much enjoy (due to the view and the variety of tasty/healthy food). The service was beyond my imagination, you can tell the are caring about you; and they do it with priceless care and love. Our staying was pretty comfortable (the bed a little hard; but I don like beds that are super soft). They had everything we need and we went in winter (they have heaters and hot water that works perfectly fine) we were warm inside the hotel. The location was perfect, next to water buses station, cafes, restaurants and historical area. You can really tell that the building belonged to an architect due to its location, sun orientation and rooms disposition, high celling and all the details of the welcoming area (since the door on). We will definitely recommend you to stay with Ca d Angeli 200% sure you will love it too!

A wonderful quiet retreat in a busy city!

Very nice hotel! Quiet and private! There are restaurants and shops very nearby as there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, except for breakfast. Breakfast is excellent!!

Staff was friendly. The room wasn’t cleaned between days (left the room around 12pm and placed the “please” clean room tab on the outside door handle”. The bed was really comfy. The air freshener for the room made the place smell like “old people”.

The property is elegant and beautiful. The view of the Grand Canal from the breakfast room was stunning. The walk from the Vaperrato was interesting, zig zagging by shops and restaurants. Once we got our land marks down it was easy.

Close enough to heart of the city

Venice is an expensive city and this place was relatively okay. It feels a bit stuck in old time. Also, the amenities provided are barebones. I feel the experience can be improved a lot for customers. Breakfast room has canal views.
