Thank you James for helping us since our arrival till check out. Our room was very good with the window facing the canal. Excellent restaurants nearby, train station, water bus, and bus station all within 5 min walking time. Very convenient place. Will likely return and book with Expedia. The breakfast buffet was also a plus with fresh juices, coffee and croissants to start your day.

Everything was very clean, and the room was lovely with a perfect canal view. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the bus stop, which saved me from a lot of walking. Both the service and breakfast were wonderful. You walk to the next building for breakfast, but it only takes a minute. It is definitely worth staying here.

Very spacious , clean and updated. Location is perfect. Only 4mins from the airport bus stop, 3mins from the train station. Just in front of the hotel, boat stop is located. Above all, the staff is very kind. I am very appreciate to him. He helped us a lot. Strongly recommended!

Location was fantastic the property is like an hotel but actually it’s an apartment with no kitchen. The breakfast was included for us but the breakfast place is about 4-5 min away from the property to another hotel. The breakfast was ok and being a vegetarian, limited choices were there. We informed the chef about dietary needs and the 2nd day breakfast was better. Supporting staff Rakesh was responsive and helpful. We had shower clog issue and even though it was “fixed”, the clog was still there making the shower very difficult. The property felt like recently renovated. Overall, for the location and proximity to train (5 min) and bus station (2min), we had a good experience.

We found this to be a great location for our daily excursions. Our room overlooked a canal and had taxi and bus stops right outside. We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Venice and felt we were in the pulse of the city. We loved waking to the sounds of the city coming alive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Rakesh was very helpful and even completed a video call when we were arriving tired and in the rain to help us get to the property. He was responsive during pre-arrival contact and checked in during our stay for any additional needs. Photos of the room are accurate and we would stay here again!

ホテルには常駐のスタッフが不在です。またホテルの場所が建物に表示されてなく、旅行者には不便です。 食事後22時過ぎにホテルに戻りましたが、渡られた鍵ではホテルの内玄関を開けられず、偶然にも住民が開けてくれました。 場所の利便性は良く、綺麗に清掃は行き届いていますが、ホテルで重要なレセプションがないことは致命的欠陥です。 お勧めできません。
