Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è pulita, graziosa e ben collegata, situata a due passi dai vaporetti che partono per Venezia, isole di Burano, Torcello e Murano ed aeroporto. Inoltre la zona è vicina anche alla spiaggia e a numerosi ristoranti e locali dove si mangia bene. Il proprietario, Stefano, è una persona davvero in gamba, sempre disponibile, e la colazione è davvero ottima. Non posso quindi che consigliarne il soggiorno, è stato un vero piacere e se ci ritroveremo da queste parti, torneremo ancora.

Authentic Venetian Accommodation on the Lido

Our host Stefano was amazing and very accommodating with our late arrival on the Lido. He met us outside and helped us with free parking and our luggage. The apartment is situated in the original part of Lido in a very nice quiet street despite being on intersection and has a beautiful garden lovingly tendered by his mum. The rooms are traditional Venetian, authentic, clean and comfortable. We were travelling with my mum and shared a bathroom which was perfectly fine. Stefano's breakfasts were the most delicious smorgasbord of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and pastries and his coffee was excellent. He was helpful with directions and ferry times and made our stay very pleasant. If you're looking for an authentic Venetian stay than stay at Casa delle Rose. We will be back again!

schönes B&B in einer alten Villa mitten am Lido. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum öffentlichen Strand, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum zu den Vaporetti. Sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Perferktes Service! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend!

Un coin de paradis !

Situé au Lido de Venise la Casa delle Rose est un endroit charmant et très calme. A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et des transports. Ajoutez à cela la plage à 10 min, le paradis par ces chaleurs ! Accueil au top par un hôte chaleureux, toujours de bons conseils et astuces. Compter une vingtaine de minutes pour rejoindre la place San Marco en vaporetto. Pour résumer, eviter la cohue de Venise en choisissant cet endroit tranquille et offrant tous les avantages. Merci Stefano !

Struttura Eccellente al Lido di Venezia

A poche centinaia di metri dagli approdi di Santa Maria Elisabetta al Lido, una struttura molto graziosa, ben arredata, pulita e confortevole: ma ciò che la rende davvero unica è la cortesia e la simpatia di Stefano e della sua famiglia, che gestiscono la struttura. Dopo aver alloggiato regalmente due notti, ho un nuovo punto di riferimento a Venezia!

Calme et Sympa! Je recommande

Nous avons choisi Casa delle rose pour y passer 2 nuits durant notre voyage à Venise. Stephano était très accueillant et super sympa qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour nous faciliter la visite de Venise. L'emplacement de l'hotel à Lido est parfait pour une arrivée très facile et un départ sans trop de correspondances ni effort surtt pour ceux qui ont de grandes valises (c'était notre cas) Je recommande pour un court passage formidable. Merci Stephano.

Chambre confortable et accueil chaleureux

Stéphano est très accueillant, son petit déjeuner est délicieux. De plus nous sommes partis très tôt le matin il nous a préparé un petit déjeuner pour le voyage. La chambre est confortable. Prendre un logement sur le Lido, c'est très pratique pour visiter Venise en prenant le vaporetto.

Make sure your bed and breakfast truly is one

Casa delle Rose doesn't match up with what it says on the bed and breakfast site. It says breakfast is served, not so. The owner has a restaurant but he doesn't make sure YOU HAVE BREAKFAST! You cannot even use the kitchen. There is a mini fridge in the hallway. There is nothing. An old coffee pot is in the hallway but there is no coffee. The towel and washcloth you get is it! So if you stay a few days or dirty your towel- too bad you are out of luck. You had better hand wash it. They have paper slippers, what a waste of money. The toiletries it does provide are not sealed and I noticed if someone doesn't use there's up from a previous visit. They dump it in the old one from someone different. The owner appears to be incredibly frugal. When you are out late he doesn't let you leave a light on to see when you come back. Everything is so so dark. GATE doesn't work well to get in to unlock the door. I wouldn't stay there again. The back yard always needs to be mowed and the noise in the neighborhood is awful. There is a dog that barks constantly at night and nothing is done to help the poor thing. Neighbors from next door talk very loud. Bed is uncomfortable and very very old. Pillows no higher than 2 inches so not soft and comfy.

Casa delle Rose was near the Lido boat dock.

This bed and breakfast was in close proximity to the Vaparetto. You still walk about ten minutes to get to it. When you arrive there it has a large locked gate which you go through to get to it. It is on Lido Island. Murano is close to it. The Bed and Breakfast is up stairs which has no elevator if you have alot of luggage, so be prepared for that. Steffano offered to help, which was nice but we could never have gotten our suitcases up all the stairs. Has old fashioned locks with large keys that make alot of noise when you get into your room and echo in the hall when people go in and out of their rooms and lock them, QUITE NOISY. There is a small portable refrigerator in the hall next to a desk. You get one towel, washcloth and hand towel to use for your entire stay so you must keep it clean. There is a bidet in the bathroom but you cannot flush any toilet paper in it. Small squares of hard tissue are there for you and you are to throw them in a waste basket instead of flushing your paper. Paper slippers are available, who knows what they are for? Awful shampoo also. Diluted soap in bathroom. There is supposed to be breakfast, nothing was available. Nothing was available for us to eat before we had to leave to catch the boat. The kitchen is ALWAYS LOCKED. NO ACCESS to dishes, just an old coffee pot and spoons. Bed/pillow very uncomfortable without fluff or softness, bed hard as a rock. No air conditioning and extremely noisy with dogs barking all night.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this B&B. The room was decorated in a very lovely, antique style, and was nice and spacious. It's in a nice, quiet area.

platz zum erholen ganz nah an venedig

Wie schön nach einem faszinierenden Tag in Venedig mit dem Vaporetto auf den herbstlich ruhigen, erholsamen Lido zurück zu kommen. Zwischen alten Villen im Herbstlaub und am Strand die Eindrücke verdauen und dann in einem großen ruhigen Zimmer gut zu schlafe, um nach einem reichlichen Frühstück wieder zu starten

Best Price, Best Place, Best Host. Hands down!

This was a great Place to stay! it is out of the noisy areas but still supper close to the center of Lido, Take the boat 5.1 or 5.2 the others stop everywhere and take forever. buy the 24 hour or 36hour etc.. ticket, it will let you get on and off as many times and saves a ton of $ and time. Stefano is the best host, you will not be disappointed at all. Just a note to pay attention to, He has 2 rooms with their own baths and 2 rooms with a shared bath.

Great hospitality and quietness

Very nice stay. Confortable and quiet place. Stefano's hospitality is just great, very eager to help and give good tips. And the Lido's area is perfect for its quietness after a day in crowdy and noisy Venice. And if afterall something could be better, I would suggest some modifications for the breakfast, such as to include local pastries.

Nice B&B in Lido

We stayed for 3 nights in August and were very glad with our choice. Stefano is a great host and the room was spacious and clean. Lido was the perfect retreat from Venice at night, being only a short ferry ride away, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Our only minor quibble was that we didn't realize the bathroom is shared with other guests for the room we booked --- but the bathroom was always clean and tidy so we didn't really mind. Highly recommended for those visiting Venice.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir (Freunde) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am Strand von Venedig. Die Villa ist sehr gross und liege in der besten Lage, ruhig und doch im Zentrum von der Insel. Der Gastgeber ist hervorragend und weiss was die Leute wollen. Die Villa hat nur vier Zimmer dovon zwei mit Privat Bad und die restlichen zimmern müssen es teilen. Für uns war es nicht schwierig da wir ein Zimmer mit eine Suit-stube hatte. Wenn man dort schläft liegt dir Venedig zur füssen und ist mit dem Bot sehr schnell erreichbar. Ich würde die Villa wieder buchen!

Очень славно

Хозяин был очень дружелюбный, дал всю необходимую информацию о Венеции. У него есть также ресторан, в котором мы вкусно и недорого пообедали. От отеля 10 минут как до изумительного пляжа, так и до лодочной станции. Мы не пожалели, что взяли жилье именно на Лидо. Кондиционер был не в номере, а в коридоре, зато в номере был вентилятор. Вкусный достаточно плотный завтрак: сыр, ветчина, гренки, кофе, соки, фрукты, джемы - все, что хочешь.

Casa dele Rose is at a convenient location that is walking distance from the water bus / ferry, restaurants, shopping areas, and public beaches. There are large bedrooms with comfortable accommodations. The breakfast is served promptly in the morning in a large family style kitchen dining room that lets the guests meet each other. The proprietor is a life long resident of Lido, Italy and is a wealth of knowledge about the Lido - Venice area.
