The location was really good, across from the railway station, just what we needed. The room itself was spacious and had many amenities such as a full kitchen and communal area where you could relax. The bedroom and bed was large and comfortable apart from the pillows that were a bit solid! The place needs some money investing in it. You can see where some repairs were done but not well! There was coving missing and the paint didn’t blend. There were issues with floor, it had holes in it where stones were loose and cracks in the wall. The bathroom was functional but again needs investment. There were temperature controls in the room but these could not be adjusted so there was no working AC, the room was very warm. The TV did not work, it wouldn’t turn on, I did inform the host and they said they would fix it for the next guest. Whilst we didn’t need it, someone might have been more annoyed. Communication with the host was good, I am sure if I insisted someone fix the TV same day they would have. All of my questions were answered promptly. Check out time is a little early at 10am but just dealt with it. Overall, it was an okay stay, it did the job, just don’t expect perfection.
