"Beautiful room in a prime location!"

"Location and cleanliness"

"La propreté"

"Room was very clean and staff was friendly, but did not speak any English and was very slow to respond to messages."

"Small but quaint"

"The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the waterbus piers. Waterbus is the way to get around in Venice. If you come by bus or taxi from the airport, you don’t need to carry your luggage over the countless bridges in Venice. The hotel is right there when you get out of the bus or taxi. Another advantage of the hotel is that right around the corner, there is a good breakfast bar. Good inexpensive food. The only thing you need to be aware is that you may need to carry your luggage on...

"Nice little property in the heart of Venice. Gives you a real feel of the city staying here."

"Excellent location in the heart of Venice"

"Within close proximity to St Marks square which was a seven minute walk. Room somewhat small, another chair would have been helpful. Very clean with daily service, staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was excellent."

"Lovely à la carte breakfast, home made yoghurts, local roasted coffee. Great start for the day!"
