"The staff at this location are all absolutely wonderful. The parking garage which is also open to the public was conveniently located and all the main areas of the hotel were easy to venture to. The room was spacious and quiet but the bathroom could use some work. There were certain areas of the bathroom that did not look like they were ever cleaned and the hardware had visible dust on it. "We had 3 reservations. Before we even got to the property, 2 of our parties were being charged for the room, room service and incidentals. When we quesioned it they stated they accidentally checked in other people with the same last name to our rooms. They would refund the money but it would take 3-5 days, and then we had to pay still put out money for our rooms. 2 people had to double pay for the weekend because of their error. They only offered to comp 1 party their parking, the othet...

"The place itself will take you back yo the past. . Just like a museum. Lots of memorabilia antiques and vintage that tell you a story. House structure is superb. From a dramatic light at night; The siren of the old trees waiving by the winds. To the whistle of birds combining tones creates music in my ears. Whhat else I can say. "

"Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and great walkable location. Easy garage parking next door. Only issue is that it can be a bit noisy on Monday mornings, when it is trash day, if you happen to be on the side of the building where the dumpster is located. "

The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to...

"A straight, short walk to Golden 1 Center, which was great for us. Awesome little room with great views of the river. Perfect for exploring Old-Town Sacramento as well. Would recommend. Extremely friendly and helpful staff as well, they had our car valeted at 6:45 for our early departure, which was so nice. However, we did not get to try out the restaurants. Emma's Tamales nearby is tasty though!"

"I don't write a lot of reviews, but the staff here was truly outstanding. Tia and Nicole (not sure of spelling for either) we very welcoming and helpful at check-in and breakfast, respectively. The breakfast was so much better than the typical offerings at similar properties. Their effort really made the stay enjoyable."

They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless.
