"We had a lovely time at Yarra Valley Lodge. The staff were super nice and helpful and helped us celebrate our anniversary in style! The room was nice and spacious and clean and the breakfast had a nice a variety of foods. The grounds were also so beautiful, would definitely stay again!"

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"I have stayed at the Victoria several times with no complaints, but this time I was disappointed, the bed was uncomfortable and there was an absolutely disgusting odour in the bathroom.
Then an altercation with a staff member who did not want to honour a discount which was offered when eating at the restaurant, he was rude and condescending."
