"Arrived about 2:30 PM, asked to checked in. Was told no one checks in before 3:00PM. I have been staying in motels for over 60 years and have never been told I had to wait to check in unless the place was full. There were only 4 or 5 cars parked in the parking area. Sunday morning went for breakfast around 8:30 they had run out of waffle batter and did not attempt to refill the container. I was basely disappointed in my stay and doubt if I will try another BW."

"We stayed here recently for a family wedding, and we were very pleased with our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were nice and cool and Chef Arnie was very inviting. It isn’t like a traditional hotel where there is someone at the desk 24/7, so if you’re a person who requires that kind of attentiveness, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. "I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again."

"Our room was not clean - the floors were nasty and one of the beds had blood or chocolate all over the covers which we didn’t see until the bed was turned down. There was water on the floor which maintenance had to come clean up. 2 burners on the stove didn’t work. We were told everything was fixed but it wasn’t. "Traveled with 2 adults and 1 child (12). The property well maintained and clean. The breakfast was a great start to a busy day. I really enjoyed the location being within 10 minutes or less from anything you need and more. I recommend Henderson Beach for public access but if you see a PMC parking lot, and need close parking access, it’s worth the fee. I will definitely stay here again!"
