"Heater/AC unit was noisy. Requested a room change and was told totally booked and would changed the next day. Said they would send maintenance up but never came. Next day at 12:10pm was told 20 minutes until another room would be ready. Still no maintenance. Not a good sleeping night 1 and all morning. Room change at 2:30. Thought I would be prioritized. I thought wrong! Day and night 2 was fine. Breakfast was fine but not as many options as other Fairfield’s I’ve stayed at."

"Clean and quiet hotel Even being so close to the airport, you never really heard it. Iron Works next door was a good place to grab some dinner. It can get really busy but the wait, if there is one, is worth it. Parking was easy and the hotel was in a convenient location for my trip."

"My spouse and I definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for just a couple days stay. They were very pet friendly which was great since I have a service dog. They also have doggy stations in the back of the building to toss the poop. The staff were very helpful and so cool! "Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times. Probably won't be back it needs a complete overhaul corporate should visit they would be appalled "

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."
