"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.

"The hotel was great. Outstanding location, close to all landmarks. The service was impeccable, from the front desk staff to the chambermaid service. I would definitely stay here again and consider their sister hotels in other cities in Italy. "
"Location cannot be beat. Lots of space. Well decorated. Good amenities. One minisplit air-conditioner over the front door does not work well, the one in the bedroom/library does work well. The showerhead should be decalcified or replaced."

"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
