"Clean, friendly staff and quiet. The room was extra hot and the ac wasn’t the best, its green hotel using solar panels tho. Multiple guests I met had the same complaint, but all in all a great stay."

Two AC’s in our room, only one worked well, asked staff more than once to check the other, and never did even after saying they would."

"I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a King suite, so a separate bedroom from family room. The TV in our bedroom never worked. The drawer in the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. Our toilet leaked a lot. Walls around pictures were dirty. The property is old and needs to be better maintained. However, the staff, including during breakfast, was always wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well."

"We stayed 6-25 to 6-29 don’t let the reviews scare you like it did me. I read reviews after we booked and was terrified . We arrived and it was nothing like I had read in the reviews . "You can’t get any closer to the beach! We opted for a ground level room and our door led straight to the beach and the pool. We had to check in at a different location than our actual hotel but it was very close by. I would recommend asking for extra linens and towels when you check in bc it is very difficult to get a call in to the front desk or housekeeping. Great location to dinning and we didn’t leave the area the whole week we were there."

"Front desk staff were super friendly. Our room wasn’t clean. There were crumbs on the carpet, the only thing that was different after cleaning each day was the empty trash bins. The used towels were not changed just folded and put back in the bathroom."

"Check in was great. The laminate floors in the room were filthy. Who knows when they were cleaned last. I spilled water from the iron on the floor and wiped it up with a hand towel. The towel was black from filthy floors. The bathroom floors were dirty as well. I wore my flip flops while in the room."

"It started out we got there early and was unable to check in which is OK but was told they would call us and never did. When I returned after 4 there were 3 other people there that was told the exact same thing but did not happen. When we got into the room it was very hot and had a foul odor. There was black mode noted on the ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and could walk directly outside and when we did there was broken glass just outside our room. "The bathroom was clean. However the bed sheets when I came I had to ask for them to be changed because it was obviously dirty. When I laid down on the bed a roach crawled on my arm. The a/c unit was dirty and had water leaking and mold. The room had a mildew smell and I spotted two more roaches in the room. The staff were great and they tried to help as best as they can but that whole hotel needs renovation and needs to be updated because even the carpets in the hallways were dirty and had a lot...

"Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location."
