"This Hotel was amazing! Clean, Hospitable, Great Location, Satisfying Breakfast Buffet. Everything was great! ...... except for the Pool.... was filthy, our skin got itchy after just a few mins and we all ran into multiple strands of hair in the water... "Our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Great rooms, robes, slippers, cookies and comfy beds. Location downtown is perfect for walking and right next to the 10 Acres restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Excellent staff at the front desk, bell desk, and housekeeping. Spluge for a view of the inner harbour. Not ideal for those needing a business space, desk, etc."

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again."

"Always a great place to stay for a couple nights."
