"It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!"

"Lovely breakfast, nice staff, great location near to Victoria. Nice room. Only slight downside was that there has been no attempt to soundproof the accommodation meaning that my relaxing early night didn’t happen as some guests were banging and slamming around very late into the night. I’d suggest ear plugs and had a known I would have brought some and had a perfect stay."

"As ever, a gorgeous stay at this gorgeous hotel that feels like home from home. It's really walkable to the station, restaurants and shops but is tucked away enough to be quiet in a sometimes chaotic city. It's our favourite place to stay in London now and we will definitely be back. "

"This is the loveliest hotel we have ever stayed in, during our many visits to London. Friendly, kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Superb location, minutes away from Buckingham Palace. Our stay was simply lovely!"
