"The room: perfect, just miss a shoehorn, a minibar and products for the bathroom
Team: very nice and professional, we noticed they are a bit stressed though. Big thanks to all the doormans.
Equipment: bathroom just perfect, bed linens amazing and very comfy
Something missing: my husband was celebrating his birthday on Sunday and no attention was done. It was mentioned during the check in. Too bad :(

"The staff at Hotel 41 are among the very best I've experienced anywhere! Friendly, attentive and ready to help at any moment. The service at this hotel is top notch and the lounge and rooms were very nicely appointed. Can't recommend enough.

"What a unique stay! This was my first time staying in a Citizen M hotel and it was cool. The rooms were unique and cozy (perfect for sleeping off jet lag) - though really compact (which was perfect for us). the staff was wonderful. "
