"Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. "The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there.
