"Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The staff were super friendly and always greeting us, opening doors, and guiding us when we needed any kind of help. The room was a great stay and good on cleanliness. I would say they need to update the bathroom floors and wood area looked like it was dirty but was just water damage. "

"The National Hotel was wonderful. Took my two adult daughters and one daughter’s partner for a Girls’ Vacation. The rooms and hotel are hip and funky with an Art Deco vibe. Shout out to ‘Kiki’, ‘Rachel’, ‘Alex’, and ‘Alejandra’ at the front desk; ‘Jeremy’ and ‘Yulia’ at the poolside Aqua Bar; ‘Shawn’, ‘Brandi’, and ‘Pablo’ in the pool area; as well as ALL the other staff in the hotel, pool, and beach areas.
