"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"This location is next to the train station. Even though it is well insulated you hear trains especially at night time. Rome size is incredibly tiny - the bed size for 2 adults is not standard queen and the room size is so small that the bed is stacked against the wall. The person sleeping on the wall side has to go over the other person to get down. No space for luggage or move around. The breakfast is at a cafe next door where the staff is rude and the breakfast has absolutely no good...

"Stayed at Omo5 Gotanda as a family of 4 (two elementary school kids). We got the deluxe room where there are two beds, then two more at the window cushioned benches. There were two sets of bedding in the closet. Once the beds were all set up, we all enjoyed having our own beds in a spacious room. Everything was clean. Amenities were well prepared. Front desk staff spoke good English. There were luggage lockers free for use for hotel guests. That helped us a lot in our departure day. We had the...
