The rooms have everything you need. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the kitchens well appointed. There are very few hotels I’ve ever been keen to return to in my travels, but this is definitely one we’ll return to when we visit Hokkaido again. Thank you! "

"I wish we stayed here longer, the staff were amazing and helpful even with the language barrier. The location is authentically Japanese, or as close as possible. The Onsens were amazing and food was delicious. I was planning on gate keeping the location so it doesn’t become too westernised, but the place is too amazing and hopefully it keeps its Japanese roots. "
