"Lovely, cosy little cottage, perfectly located for seeing our friends in Sigingstone. Lovely walks and only short drives to many attractions. Only downside was the bed which was too soft for us and very creaky! That being said, we would definitely consider coming back and will recommend Moorshead to friends and family. Thank you "

"I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. I slept soundly, which is never a guarantee for me. There was ample hot water and good water pressure. The wi-fi was great and I had no...

"Very clean and nice place to stay, highly recommended"

"Beautiful place to stay, fantastic facilities, fantastic site and views. The only downside I found was not being able to check in till 16:00, and having to be out for 10am. No real time to have a nice chilled out morning and enjoy the surroundings, and 3 dirty pans in the kitchen. Also broken glass out by the hot tub and a bottle full of cigarette ends. But other than that we loved it and would 100% recommend and stay again. "

"My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. "
