"The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric."

The TikTok video set an expectation of rum punch being served very differently than the real experience, lol we were handed two little bottles of rum punch, but it was fine, just don’t want anyone to experience something different. The grab and go cafe was so convenient and thoughtful- which I was able to bring to the beach and enjoy.
