"When we arrived a group of carolers were singing in a room near the front desk, which was a nice surprise. The gentleman at the front desk, Dhali, was so helpful, kind, and funny. He made the check-in truly a pleasurable experience, and offered us a bottle of wine. All the staff we interacted with were so lovely and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was really tasty. We had the lasagna and the pappardelle and were very happy with both. The room was clean, quiet and warm. We would happily stay...

"The room was clean and quiet. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and restaurant was and added plus. Parking is expensive, but was secure and was fairly normal for the area. "

"Such a fun one-night staycation at the legendary Phoenix Hotel. Cool sexy room, warm dip in the iconic pool and fun in the courtyard with friends. With the history of the Phoenix and being a local musician, it had a lot of meaning to stay there. I hope someone keeps it going in January! "
