Also, there is not check in counter, you check in at the bar, so you are walking past people eating at their tables with your luggage to check in. Would not recommend. "

"We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...

"My stay yesterday was beyond amazing. The check in was fast and smooth. The room, hallway and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked. This is the exact opposite of the Puffin Inn that we stayed in last 2024. Back then, the room and hallway was dirty and the beds was not cleaned when we came in. That time i decided i will not be back. I'm so glad i came back and decided to give it a try despite of my child's hesitation. She was happy to see the big improvement,...
