"Bathroom really small hand basin no cold water bed was lumpy sofo was broken narrow stairwell thought i had asked for easy access no where to sit outside awkward access into property my girlfriend struggled to get in and struggled upstairs and water pipes running across top of a plug socket"

"The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. "We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Great location, clean and very responsive owner who gave us an early check in. Only complaint would be the two single beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in each one. We managed to use extra duvets the second night to make it more comfortable."
