Our apartment was unfortunately quite dark as didn't get the sun most of the day and we had initial apartment balcony cleanliness issues but these were addressed quickly by the staff when brought to their attention . Hardly surprising as the the sliding doors to the balcony were very sticky and almost impossible to open throughout our stay so would have been an issue for the cleaning staff. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."
