"The room was clean, organized and had plenty of towels and all the usual amenities. We enjoyed the coffee. The water pressure was very low, weak flow. The windows lacked black-out curtains. Balcony lights poured through the wooden louvered blinds. Refrigerator was too cold. It froze our water."

"El hotel es sencillo ideal para estancias cortas, todo estuvo muy limpio y ordenado, está excelente que tiene estacionamiento incluido, lo único que comentaría es que nos tocó en recámara en planta baja y sonaba cuando se movían los huéspedes de arriba pero te dan tapones para los oídos y eso fue suficiente para poder dormir bien. Me volvería a hospedar ahí."

"The stay was good but, the TV had lines through it and the volume would fade out or go super loud. Front desk attendant was helpful and friendly wish I had a name to mention. Room setup was great with two bed in the back and one up front. We stayed for 7 days would most definitely be returning in the future. Room service was ever other day so if want it every day you must request."

"I called ahead about arriving early and was told between 1-1:30 would work. We arrived at 1 and the lobby was empty. No one showed for about 30 minutes. Room was not ready so we waited another 45 minutes before it was ready. Other than that the room was large, clean, and updated. Their cancellation policy is non existent so make sure before you book"

"Check in is supposedly at 3pm and we didn’t get a room till after 5pm because they weren’t done “cleaning” after we got our room the floor was super wet that my husband almost slipped. It felt dirty in there. We opened the blinds and all dirty and dusty. For what we paid it was terrible!!!!! And to top it off their wasn’t any parking close by!"

"I paid over $500 for a room that was in a terrible condition. It was not clean, there were hairs on my pillow, covers had stains, the floor was not vacummed or cleaned. Also, we had a rental that was expensive and i had to be afraid to leave it outside. The manager mentioned not to leave anything valuable in the car. No breakfast or coffee. Basically you dont get anything…i would not recommend this hotel."

"Older hotel that has been redone! large rooms beddings and beds are super comfortable. Grounds are amazing and well kept. Had stayed here 27 years ago and still a great place to stay"

"Room was clean. Ceiling fan was on a motion switch so it kept turning off at night. There was black mold in the shower above the shower ledge to the left. Bed was uncomfortable but that may just be us. Make sure you ask about the incidentals too as they charged us the $100 due to towels being stained. Did not use towels for anything else but showering. Unfortunately, not a pleasant experience."
