"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."
