"I have been going to London for over 40 years. I know my way around a d the various neighborhoods. This hotel and staff are the best I've had. Great breakfast ordered from a menu to start tha day. The roomsa are spacious with a coffee pod and kettle. Also a frig with mineral water is a nice bonus. Several tube lines within 10 minutes also. Lovely area near Holland Park. Rooms are quiet, no noise from the pub. No elevators though. Planning on coming back in November.

"Warm and welcoming. Super clean throughout. Great location and with excellent choice of parking ie outside / nearby side street or private area. Great for a work stay with small fridge in the room. "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."
