"We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. The bungalow had an unusual smell and very little lighting, which made the experience less enjoyable than we had anticipated. What was presented as an upgrade didn’t necessarily feel like one. I also would not recommend renting a cabana. In my opinion, it simply isn't...

"Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297). Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful."
