"Great for the price. Room is very clean, clean sheets and towels. The bed was nice and soft with nice pillows."

"No restaurant as advertised on site, air conditioner was always to hot or to cold., no pool as advertised, door keyes had to be replaced 2 times because they would not open door. "

"Room walls were filthy despite the room smelling so strongly of cleaning supplies that I had breathing problems and had to leave after one night with no refunds. There was no way to secure the windows on the first floor room. There were many vagrant types of people in the neighborhood. Do not recommend"

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."

"The only thing I would like is a microwave pretty much everything else all done made it easy were good. It’s pretty nice. Just would like to see an optional of getting a microwave."

"Room was ok. Dirty towels were not. People shooting up in the stairwell was not. People banging on our door at 930 multiple times looking for "crystal" was not. Broken elevators was not. No ice machine was not but the front dest did give us like 6 cubes."

"We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name."

"Parking was a problem, we can't understand why we are charged for parking and when you try to park no parking available. IT is an inconvenience. Hopefully the can fix this issue. Otherwise everything was great."

"Had to buy toilet paper because they were out for almost the entire week that I was there. Also, the key cards decided to stop working and since it was after 10pm both times, I had to sleep in my car. The staff was very unhelpful and stated that the managers are the only ones that could issue a refund or compensate for new nights but they live in another country. Also, not very clean. And it was very hard to get new towels in a timely manner. Waited a whole day for new towels."
