"VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected. Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean . Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things. The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...

The only negative is the breakfast: the quality of food is very good but it’s just very chaotic, not enough space to sit comfortably and whilst the staff clearly work really hard to keep it going, there is a constant wait for things to be replenished.
