"I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some...

"Very Clean kid friendly with playgrounds & a lake. Rentals in the Green area all have 2 rooms upstairs accessed by a metal winding staircase that most Sr.'s would not be able to climb. None that we saw appeared to be handicap accessible. "
