"It took us nearly two hours to get from the freeway exit to our room - long walking distance from parking to the lobby, failed self check-in attempt at a kiosk, check-in line…. Check-in was incredibly cumbersome with a long, roped line that took an hour to get through. Crazy if that is typical. Check-in kiosks only work for some reservations. After an 8h drive, this was not awesome. Extra fees were unknown to us until after we were emailed our final receipt, several hours after we’d checked...

"The cost of EVERYTHING, has gone way up. Not just the rooms, the food, the shopping…before it was MGM I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of everything at the Cosmo, now it is a rip off"

"It’s an older hotel and people left trash inside the pools no one was around to clean. I had called about my ac not working no one came had to call again for the amount of money was paid I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. And the resort fees are high."
