"We were disappointed with the housekeeping and customer service during our stay. Our room was not cleaned, and the garbage was not emptied for three consecutive nights. The towels were also not changed during that time. Additionally, we found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and slow to respond to our concerns. We expected a much higher standard of service and hope these issues will be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences."

"This stay was a 10-hour overnight layover for me. The room A/C didn't work well; I couldn't sleep due to the heat and stuffy room feel. The shuttle was good and on time. I booked through Expedia, and the hotel let me add my Bonvoy number to the reservation for stay points credit. Not sure if I will stay again."
