"This hotel was better than I imagined. The reception and amenities and Suite were so nice. I will definitely be back. I never expected such nice accommodations and especially a Suite for the price. This will be my go to hotel for Miami."

"Upon our arrival, we had significant difficulty locating Building Number 4. After finally finding the room and entering to look around, we discovered a roach in the shower along with several other small insects around the sink and toilet area. We did not check in until approximately 11:00 PM due to our late flight, and there was no one available to assist us upon arrival. As a result of the insect presence in the room, we were unable to rest comfortably and did not get adequate sleep. After further review, I found reports indicating that this pest issue has been ongoing since 2014. This situation is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness or professionalism expected from a rental property. Due to these unsanitary conditions and the disruption to our stay, we are requesting a full refund."

"We really Iiked everything. It is currently sandwiched in by two other buildings getting work done, but it was still as peaceful as it could be. It has a great workout room, really nice; and the concierge down stairs was very helpful with getting us info and helping us schedule a wayer taxi. Its in a great location for sure, and the ocean is probably 40 yards off the pool deck. Awesome!"

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"Stunning interior design, but the service was terrible. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping guests was a burden. You have to ask very specific questions just to get basic information. Beautiful place, disappointing experience."

"Room cleaned daily, decent shower, not a big fan of aircon right next to bed. Included breakfast was ok, nothing special. Couldn't see a lift for upstairs, so carrying heavy luggage was a bit of a pain."
