"The hotel canceled on me before my trip and never reimbursed me. Sad to know they have hurricane damage but you can’t just take people’s money without providing a service. "Love this hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and the balcony with ocean view was spectacular. Although the property is older, the cleanliness and friendly staff more than make up for the age. The restaurant on property is excellent, and the location can’t be beat. We will be back!"

"The property was very nice/clean. Not to mention the special air filtration systems in the rooms which is great for anyone with allergies. We felt some of the restaurant options were a little pricey and just ordered take out from the Italian restaurant. The drinks/bar by the adult pool are expensive and then they charge you a resort fee. Didn't we pay enough for the room per night? For two Long Island Ice Teas with gratuity was about $45!! Bring your own beverages and put it in a travel cup...
