"The online check in process was fantastic. We were glad to get into our room earlier than the standard check in time. The design of the room was stylish and modern.
Sadly though, the upkeep of the room was not good. There were so many scuffs on the walls, a stain on the sofa, dust on table legs etc. The place needs some TLC! Additionally, the shower needs a door! The bathroom was covered in water at the end of a shower. Lastly, more lockers are needed; we almost did not get a locket on the day...

"Communication with the host was terrible. The room had a strong sewage smell that made it unbearable to stay in. We contacted the host to request a different room or a possible refund, but never received a response. As a result, we did not end up staying in the room at all. The check-in process was also extremely frustrating and poorly organized. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given the lack of communication and effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend...

10/10 Luar Biasa
We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam.
The staff so kind and very helpfull.
Cons :
When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs.
But overall we had a good memory stayed at Inntel Zandam,...
