"I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. "First thing is this is an old building. This gives the impression of character and the Jubilee hotel had plenty. The staff were friendly and within a few minutes I was settled in my upgraded room with a sea view. The room was comfortable with the tea and coffee usual suspects and a very good shower. This hotel is very well situated being a five to ten minutes walk from the shops and one minute walk from the beach. I will definitely recommend for a short stay."

The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day.
