"The entrance to check in was not obvious from the outside when we arrived and the hotel is isolated in its location. However, staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good."

"A lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms, so can’t comment on the other accommodation, but our room was clean, if a little dated. The real positives were the staff, genuinely lovely and welcoming – along with excellent food and a great selection of local beers on tap. "For the last 2 times we were checked in by a staff member who was not customer service or caring at all!! Very cold and not willing to help in any way. The first time we had 4 suitcases to take to our room and outside the hotel there was an airport trolley. My husband loaded it and as we passed the desk were told we couldn’t take it to the room. "Nice spacious and very clean room. Well facilitated with a tea tray and bottles of water. Room was immensely hot but thankfully able to open all the windows. Liked fresh cooked breakfast (as opposed to usual buffets) however I would love to see a better drinkable coffee being served and a little gripe - after requesting hard poached egg with no ‘snot’ my egg was totally snotty when I cut it and ran into my breakfast so didn’t eat much. "I stayed for two nights with my wife, bed and breakfast. We had one of the chalets out the back which was very clean and cosy. The facilities are first class and the staff were great. The food was superb, reasonably priced and large portions. The breakfast was very good with a ample choice."
