"Room was modern and finished to a very high standard compared to most hotels around the London Bridge / Park Street area. The addition of a little kitchenette was useful. It’s a great location for both business or as a tourist. Staff very helpful too. "From walking in i was impressed. Staff were helpful and friendly, little touches everywhere. The room was absolutely beautiful and had birthday things for me as it was my birthday. Amenities were a lovely touch and the coffee machine was great. Bed massive and so comfortable. Everyone super helpful, breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very yummy. Service was 2nd to none, checking on us, drinks and food brought so quickly"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
