"Almost everything was great! The soundproofing of our room was not the best as I could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and the traffic sounds from the street as well. This affected my sleep quality which is quite important to me."

"Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage. "

"Clean room. Only problem was underground parking was low clearance. Outdoor parking had about 10 first come spots and other parking was a bit of a walk. As we had to park out back the only access to the hotel was thru the side entrance and then no elevator to the lobby. Was difficult managing apprx 20 steps with luggage. "

"Breakfast was great and plenty. Slightly different from day to day. Great privacy from staff. Friendly staff. Hot tub is actually hot. Close to bus stops. Great parking. "

"A dated hotel situated on a very nice lookout over Banff. A larger hot-tub would be more inviting for guests. We didn’t use the available E-bikes which is a great amenity. Dining staff were very friendly."

"The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!"
