"The staff are great at this hotel. Rooms are large, water is hot and fast, lots of parking, and the location is fab for the town, river and park."

"Good evening, firstly I’d like to say that the start of our stay was very welcoming and professional. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. Lastly id like to comment for more awareness than anything, whilst trying to sleep there were a few people that were trying to get into our bedroom, which...

"Arrived to find the place locked up and had to make a phone call for someone to come to the pub to give us our room key. Apparently there was a problem of having no electricity due to the heat. No evening meal available and no bar; breakfast was average, with some folk having to wait a long time for service. The place was clean and room was comfortable."

"Full cooked breakfast was available, parking was available with plenty of space. The room could have been cleaned better, especially around the window but the rest of the room and the bathroom were fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. I understand the property had new owners so they were probably still getting to know the property."

"Location was good, right off the highway. Lots of free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. We didnt have the breakfast. Shower was nice had a bathtub. Beds were ok pillows were hard and not very comfortable. Would stay again."

"Lovely house with good standard of cleanliness. There were no problem with parking. Very disappointed that there was no restaurant for breakfast as stated when booked. As reception only opened at 4pm there was nobody to help with room issue. There was a tel number provided to call for assistance but no one answered. Shame as nice place to stay."

"The room was comfortable, and being able to use the air-conditioner during the extremely hot weather was bliss. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when we decided to stay another night (to dodge the heat), the front desk staff helped arrange this and added a late checkout to our booking. Can definitely recommend and will use again."

"The room was clean beds comfortable en suite good. Cleaned every day biscuits tea replenished daily. Tha accommodation is on a busy road and many lorries till midnight and again from 5am very noisy if windows open which is necessary as no air conditioning in the room."

"Lift not working for the duration of my 3 night stay. Room was comfortable. Carpet on stair areas need cleaning. Breakfast was ok. Convenient for Babraham campus. Decent restaurant next door"

Comfortable bed Less good: With the executive suite I expected more for the cost. No spare pillows so had to go back to reception to ask and they could only find one spare rather than two. Bed sheet loose/ didn't fit bed ( super king rather than king) Stains on sofa. Bathroom door didn't close fully and shower fan didn't appear to be working so steam going...
