"Very dated, poor workmanship, dirty even though cleaners supposedly came a few hours before we got there. Stains, dust, marks and bathroom sink full of dirt, mirrors with water stains and toothpaste stains. Toilet dirty
horrendous!
Room was very big but poor. Central heating not working, TV most basic channels like ITV etc not available. TV so high, causing neck pain. Switches/sockets upside down and one by radiators.. Could not wait to get out.

"After we checked in, we discovered that the heat wasn’t working in our room. When we contacted the front desk, they said the heat wasn’t working throughout the hotel and offered us a space heater. Given the price of this lodging, I found that unacceptable and checked out. I am in the process of filing a claim for reimbursement from Expedia since I purchased trip insurance. Please note: the hotel website specifically shows “heating” as an amenity!"
