Combe House Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely comfortable room and excellent staff. We really liked the food- dinner and breakfast were spot on."

The Carew Arms

8/10 Good

"The hotel has a lot of charm being an old 16th century inn. However the down side of this is that the room is rather basic and the bathroom is down the corridor so a trip to the toilet in the middle of the night involves leaving your room. However the food in the restaurant was excellent, we both had lamb. Our room was above the skittles room and we had a lot of noise up to about 11pm which made even watching the tv difficult without turning the volume up. It’s location is perfect for exploring the Quantocks."
