"Breakfast we didn't have as it was extra so can't comment on that , the views were amazing and we had a room looking out across the moors , the room was pretty bit obviously old and creeky ,massive bathroom with bath and separate shower , the cold tap in the bath didn't seem to work ,no water cold water came through, bed seemed to be on the small side even though was advertised as king size ! Narrow corridors and clunky doors separated the rooms along it and unfortunately inconsiderate noisy...

"Small B&B which is in a quiet area, but just of main routes so easy to find. There is sufficient off-street parking for guests which is a plus. Breakfast offers a good choice for all tastes and the breakfast room, at the side of the property affords sea views which adds to the pleasant feel of what is obviously a well run B&B. The room had a comfortable double bed, ensuit bathroom and provided with tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits.I was met by the host on arrival and given a tour so I...

"Really nice clean room and the staff were more than helpful and friendly however the food was unfortunately a disappointment with the rib eye steak being of poor quality, the onion rings being undercooked and the mushrooms being cold. The wait for food was also longer than expected. "

They've done a great job of the hotel and grounds, and it's a great location in the village opposite the church. Easy access to nearby towns, the moors and the coastline. Would highly recommend. "Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. "
