Search Hotels Near Wings of Freedom Aviation Museum, Philadelphia

"2 of 3 nights the neighbor has filled a room with teens and littles. Seems family is reuniting at the hotel and it’s one of the top loudest and out of control obnoxious screaming, yelling, crying, teens/preteens/elementary/kindergarten, unsupervised adolescent LOUDNESS!! No authority or consideration of other guests staying next door, across the hall, or anywhere in the building. Like, hello staff, can you hear the obnoxious decibel of loudness? Consider how other guests may feel about the shrills and cries startling for 3+ hours, 1st and 2nd night stay….very bummed. "

"We were highly disappointed that the event we scheduled the night for was cancelled! Other than that it was fine. "

"I requested 2 connecting rooms. I was given 2 separate rooms. When I asked the front desk no more were available. The guy tried to find me connecting rooms but then I had to call Expedia to request a King bed instead of a Queen bed because that was one of the rooms but then the other front desk person gave that room to someone else in the midst of everything. No one wants to be on the phone for hours trying to fix things that wasn’t their fault. Then another guest was given my original room and while we was in there waiting for them to work on the rooms he came in with the key. Then he had to go back to customer service. We wind up with two separate rooms when I had 6 girls with me to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. So unorganized. I was very disappointed in not getting the rooms I requested originally but the girls had fun in the pool and hot tub."

"Noisy air conditioner and a toilet that kept running."

"We have stayed her many times over the years, This visit was such a disappointment. We arrived to some sort of ruckus where staff was outside to make sure things didn't get out of hand. I had a broken leg and asked someone if they had a luggage cart and they were unhelpful and told us to ask the desk. One of the staff did feel bad about everything that was going on and help us bring all our thing to our room. Once inside we notice the rug was quite stained, no hangers in the closet onlyb one plate in the kitchen, the shampoo bottles that were suppose to be on the shower wall were ripped off. Gave us only 2 towels and had to get more from housekeeping. In all the times we stayed there never had issues like this. The place is going downhill."
