"Excellent restaurant. Staff really helpful. Free car parking. Rooms big. Easy walk to Gallery Walk where you can find shops and restaurants. Tamborine is busy in the day, but fairly quiet in the evenings. Having said that - later in the week there are still several choices open for eating and drinking at night, including The Manor. This is a historic building, so some fixtures / fittings are old, just so other visitors are aware."

"We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!"

"Lovely place that is walking distance from Robina. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The apartment was cleaned every day and I got an extra milk in my fridge when they saw the first one was opened. Our internet did not work but this was fixed immediately. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊"

"We have stayed at Artique 3 times in the past 4 years and this was the best stay yet. Check in here is very straightforward, and the building has spacious and secure underground parking. We were on level 10 and the views from this height and above are great day and night. The apartment was 2 bedroom with the main room having an en-suite. The main bathroom also had a bath. "Sauna was nice, room was adequate but water pressure of the shower was terrible & had to only have hot water turned on with a tiny turn of cold tap otherwise your shower would be cold. The bed was only made with a sheet & thin coverlet and the coverlet had stains on it, so did pillow on bed. In addition the blanket they provided for extra warmth also had suspect stains on it. "For the price we paid the room was really run down and not cleaned properly.The vents were full of dust and mould on bathroom basins,kitchen cupboards were full of dust and mould.Showers were so dirty,we had to scrub it before shower.Not recommended."

"When we arrived I waited in line for over 45 minutes, when I gave the reception my booking number they had no room for me. The young boy at reception said I'll go and check if I can find you a room. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me that the one he looked at wasn't clean so he'd check another room. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to tell me he had found a clean room. I had"

"Great luxury apartment. It was very clean and felt high-end. Excellent location on Broad Beach. Heads up that reception staff leave at 5pm so you'll need your key to access the premises. Also, I paid for an Ocean View room, but I got a partial Ocean View."
