"Room had no minibar, no snacks, no bottled water, no air con, only a fan. Bath was nice and deep but taps difficult to turn on. Flooboards creaked whereever I walked, inside the room, as well as on the stairs. Breakfast was poor quality and selection. Swimming pool had nice outdoor area. Was asked to pay deposit upon checking in. Given there was nothing removal from the room, did they suspect I might be taking the bed with me? Overall, not impressed."

"I wasn’t under the impression that there is so much renovation going on at the hotel. The first impression as you walk into reception was bar concrete floors and uneven. I was sporting a fractured elbow with having to wear a sling, with the floors under reservation it didn’t feel safe. Tge room we had the air conditioning didn’t work and there was an electric fan which was extremely noisier and sounded like it was going to pack up at anytime.
